My mother is currently battling lung cancer and has significant tumor burden in her right middle lobe, which can cause fluid and congestion to accumulate when she's lying flat. I got this pillow right during a surgery recovery as I had to sleep on my back at an incline. The material is soft enough and I like how versatile it is in terms of adjustability. And its super duper comfortable, which I did not expect that much. I know even after I am fully recovered I will continue to use the set. I got the Ortho Upright Pillow because I needed better support while reading or working on my laptop in bed. everything arrived nicely packaged and compact. it expanded and took shape quickly. I was glad to see all the different pieces it came with i. order to customize the support to your need and level. i really enjoy this set. the foam and covers are soft in the skin. the first night i used the neck pillow to sleep in and it was amazingly comfortable, its more comfortable that you may think. even my kids love using this when i am not. the quality is great in this. i am really happy with this set and would definitely recommend it.
